I recently used James at 24/7 Prestige Locks for the first time, and I couldn’t be more impressed. James was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He quickly assessed the issue and provided clear, professional solutions. His expertise really stood out, and he made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled locksmith. Thank you, James, for your excellent work!

From communication, punctuality and quality of work I could not fault James at all. We were locked out of our house on a freezing snowy Sunday and James had responded to our call and arrived within the hour. He provided and fitted a new handle free of charge whilst refusing to charge more than his very reasonably priced quote. I would highly recommend James to anybody. 10/10.

James was brilliant, he gave a full explanation of everything he was doing to fix my uPVC door which was sticking badly and some great advice on ongoing maintenance and security. A pleasure to do business with!
